  - We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, there's a pricing

  error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund in full.

  - Colors, textures, and minor details may vary slightly from photos because

  every cookie is hand-decorated.

  All content on the site — including the Keookies logo, name, photos, and

  designs — is our property or used with permission. You may not use it without

  written consent.

  

  Customer-submitted content

  When you send us reference images, design requests, or other content, you

  grant us a limited license to use that content to fulfill your order.

  the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the
