How we get your order to you
Keookies hand-bakes every order from our home kitchen in Diamond Bar, California. There are three ways to receive your order:
1. Free local pickup ✨
Pick up in Diamond Bar at no charge. We'll send you a text when your order is boxed and ready.
2. Free local delivery (within 8 miles of Diamond Bar)
For orders $30 and over, we offer free contactless delivery within an 8-mile radius of Diamond Bar. We'll coordinate a drop-off window with you once your order is ready.
3. Shipping
Shipping is free on every order over $75, no matter which state you're in.
Under $75, shipping is a flat $9 within California and $12 to every other state.
Cookies ship in protective packaging built to arrive intact, and we ship early in the week so nothing sits in a truck over a weekend. We currently ship to the 50 US states only — we're not able to ship to US territories or APO/FPO addresses just yet.
Order processing times
- Cookie Sets and Gift Boxes: baked fresh and ready within 2–3 business days.
- Paint Your Own kits need 5 days.
- Custom orders: must be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Rush options may be available — please ask before ordering.
- Orders over 60 cookies need at least 14 days — they're worth the wait 💜
Shipped orders add 3–5 business days in transit on top of the times above. Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding major holidays.
Freshness guarantee
Cookies are best within 5–7 days at room temperature in a sealed container, or up to a month frozen. If anything arrives damaged or looks off, let us know within 24 hours at keookies@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Contains wheat, egg, milk, soy. Made in a home kitchen and a shared commercial kitchen — may contain peanuts and tree nuts.
