Shipping policy

How we get your order to you

Keookies hand-bakes every order from our home kitchen in Diamond Bar, California. There are three ways to receive your order:

1. Free local pickup
Pick up your order at our designated meet-up spot in Diamond Bar, CA. No minimum order, no fee. We'll email you a pickup window and exact location once your order is ready.

2. Free local delivery (within 8 miles of Diamond Bar)
For orders $30 and over, we offer free contactless delivery within an 8-mile radius of Diamond Bar. We'll coordinate a drop-off window with you once your order is ready.

3. Shipping within California
We ship cookies anywhere in California.

  • Orders under $50 — pickup or local delivery only. Cookies travel best in volume, and smaller orders don't survive the trip well enough for us to stand behind them.
  • Orders $50–$149.99 — flat $15 shipping.
  • Orders $150 and over — free shipping.

Cookies ship in protective packaging built to arrive intact, and we ship early in the week so nothing sits in a truck over a weekend.

Order processing times

  • Cookie Sets and Gift Boxes: baked fresh and ready within 2–3 business days.
  • Custom orders: must be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Rush options may be available — please ask before ordering.

Shipped orders add 3–5 business days in transit on top of the times above. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.

Outside California

We can't ship beyond California yet. Our home kitchen is registered as a California Cottage Food Operation, which permits direct sales within the state only. We're actively working on nationwide shipping — email us at keookies@gmail.com and we'll tell you the day it opens up.

Freshness guarantee

Cookies are best within 5–7 days at room temperature in a sealed container, or up to a month frozen. If anything arrives damaged or looks off, let us know within 24 hours at keookies@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Made in a home kitchen

Our cookies are made in a home kitchen registered as a California Cottage Food Operation (Class A). They are not prepared in an inspected commercial facility.
